       Senator Polsky moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 97
    4  and insert:
    5         3.a. For purposes of this subparagraph, the term:
    6         (I) ”Gender identity” means gender-related identity,
    7  appearance, or behavior, regardless of whether such gender
    8  related identity, appearance, or behavior is different from that
    9  traditionally associated with an individual’s physiology or
   10  assigned sex at birth.
   11         (II) ”Sexual orientation” means an individual’s
   12  heterosexuality, homosexuality, or bisexuality.
   13         b. Classroom instruction by school personnel or third
   14
