       Senator Broxson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 47 and 48
    4  insert:
    5  The insurer is deemed to be in compliance with this subsection
    6  if the surplus lines agent provides the loss run statement on
    7  behalf of the insurer.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 2 - 3
   12  and insert:
   13         An act relating to loss run statements; amending s.
   14         626.9202, F.S.; revising the definition of the term
   15         “loss run statement”; specifying the entities that
   16         must receive requests for loss run statements;
   17         specifying that insurers must provide loss run
   18         statements under certain circumstances; providing
   19         construction; revising the required claims history in
   20         loss run statements; providing applicability; limiting
   21         loss run statement requests with respect to group
   22         health insurance policies to group policyholders;
   23         amending s. 627.444, F.S.; revising the definition of
