       The Committee on Rules (Hutson) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)

    3         Delete line 47
    4  and insert:
    5         (h) “Selection” means to randomly produce telephone numbers
    6  to be called without manual intervention.
    7         (i)(h) “Signature” includes an electronic or digital
    8  signature, including when such signature is made on agreements
    9  obtained by a compliant email, website form, text message,
   10  telephone keypress, or voice recording, to the extent that such
   11  form of signature is recognized as a valid signature under
   12  applicable federal law or state contract law.
   13         (l)(k) “Unsolicited telephonic sales call” means a

   26  (8), and subsection (11) are amended, to read:
