       The Committee on Transportation (Harrell) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 92 - 101
    4  and insert:
    5  crash report under paragraph (b), and agreement to refrain from
    6  using the with the state or local agency in possession of the
    7  information stating that information from a crash report made
    8  confidential and exempt by this section will not be used for any
    9  commercial solicitation of accident victims, or knowingly
   10  redisclosing the crash report disclosed to any third party for
   11  the purpose of such solicitation, during the period of time that
   12  the information
