       The Committee on Judiciary (Perry) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 27
    4  and insert:
    5  his or her home. As used in this paragraph, the term “dwelling”
    6  means any building, structure, or portion thereof which is
    7  occupied as, or designed or intended for occupancy as, a
    8  residence by one or more families.
