    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to phosphogypsum stacks; directing the
    3         Department of Environmental Protection to conduct an
    4         analysis of phosphogypsum stacks in the state and
    5         submit a report to the Legislature by a specified
    6         date; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. The Department of Environmental Protection shall
   11  conduct an analysis of the safety and security of phosphogypsum
   12  stacks in the state and submit a report to the President of the
   13  Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives by
   14  October 1, 2022.
   15         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
