    3         Delete lines 817 - 833
    4  and insert:
    5  continues to work beyond retirement age as determined by
    6  paragraph (d) and earns active gross income of more than 50
    7  percent of the obligor’s average preretirement annual active
    8  gross income for the 3 years preceding his or her retirement age
    9  or actual retirement date, the court may extend alimony until
   10  the obligor retires and reduces his or her active gross income
   11  below the 50 percent active gross income threshold established
   12  under this paragraph.
   13         (f)If an obligor, so long as he or she is older than 65
   14  years of age, seeks to retire, the court may terminate an
