       Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture, Environment, and
       General Government (Albritton) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 32 - 35
    4  and insert:
    5         3. For a vendor with annual revenues exceeding $10 million,
    6  a letter issued by the vendor’s chief financial officer or
    7  controller verifying such vendor’s satisfaction of financial
    8  stability criteria.
    9         4. For a vendor that previously provided substantially
   10  similar services, unaudited financial statements demonstrating
   11  such vendor’s previous performance of substantially similar
   12  services.
