amendment:

On Page: 292             Provides $400,000 in nonrecurring funds from the 
                         State Transportation Trust Fund for the Flagler 
Spec App: 1988A          Central Commerce Parkway - Bunnell (Senate Form 
                         1547). Reduces $400,000 in nonrecurring funds from 
                         the State Transportation Trust Fund from the St. 
                         Johns Parkway (CR 2209) Sidewalk (Senate Form 1541).
