On Page: 073             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Agency for Persons with Disabilities 
Spec App:  247A          for the PEAR Project - Center for the Handicapped 
                         (Senate Form 1112). Reduces funding by the same 
                         amount from the Agency for Persons with Disabilities 
                         Fixed Capital Outlay for Centrally Managed 
                         Facilities.
