       Senator Polsky moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 33 - 36
    4  and insert:
    5  under the federal Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978 may exempt a
    6  debtor’s interest, not to exceed $5,000 in value, in a single
    7  motor vehicle as defined in s. 320.01(1). This subsection
    8  applies to any bankruptcy case filed on or after July 1, 2022.
