    3         Delete lines 135 - 138
    4  and insert:
    5  format which is:
    6         (a) Issued by or on behalf of a publisher and used solely
    7  within an online game, game platform, or family of games sold by
    8  the same publisher or offered on the same game platform; or
    9         (b) Used exclusively as part of a consumer affinity or
   10  rewards
