       The Committee on Appropriations (Hutson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 360 - 362
    4  and insert:
    5  intramural, or club rowing team practices or competitions, if
    6  the adjacent area outside of the marked channel is not suitable
    7  for such practice or competition. The teams must use their best
    8  efforts to make use of the adjacent area outside of the marked
    9  channel.
