       Senator Berman moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 301 and 302
    4  insert:
    5         Section 7. The Department of Health shall establish a fund
    6  for the purpose of funding expenses for children born with fetal
    7  abnormalities and for the increase in the number of children
    8  entering the foster care system. In addition to any other
    9  appropriation by the Legislature, the department is directed to
   10  allocate to the fund 50 percent of moneys appropriated each year
   11  for pregnancy support and wellness services under s. 381.96,
   12  Florida Statutes. The Department of Health shall adopt rules to
   13  administer the fund.

   17         Delete line 40
   18  and insert:
   19         Public Health; requiring the department to establish a
   20         fund for specified purposes; directing the department
   21         to allocate a specified percentage of certain
   22         appropriations to the fund; requiring the department
   23         to adopt rules; providing an appropriation; providing
