Provides $150,000 in nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund for 
South Bay Stormwater Flood Control and Waterway Management Phase 3 (HB 
2551) and $300,000 in nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund for 
Pahokee King Memorial Park Improvements Phase 2 (HB 2567).  Reduces 
funding by the same amount from Farm Share (HB 2189).
