    5  and insert:
    6  each permanent branch office of the supervisor which meets the
    7  criteria set forth in s. 101.657(1)(a) for branch offices used
    8  for early voting and is open for at least the minimum amount of
    9  hours prescribed by s. 98.015(4), and at each
