       Senator Farmer moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 207 and 208
    4  insert:
    5  In fulfilling the reporting requirements under subsection (7),
    6  if any officer who receives the department’s report pursuant to
    7  that subsection, or an associated campaign, political committee,
    8  or other entity of the officer, is the subject of an
    9  investigation by the office or is otherwise implicated in such
   10  investigation, the department may not include such information
   11  in the report.
