The Public Service Commission, in coordination 6 with the Office of Energy within the Department of Agriculture 7 and Consumer Services, the United States Department of Energy, 8 and the Florida Solar Energy Center, shall provide a report to 9 the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of 10 Representatives by January 1, 2024, which identifies the fixed 11 costs of serving customers who own or lease renewable generation 12 and the best practices and methods to reduce subsidization, if 13 any.
