       Senator Rodriguez moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 422
    4  and insert:
    5  inaccurate. The department shall adopt rules to establish
    6  marijuana potency variations of no greater than 15 percent using
    7  negotiated rulemaking pursuant to s. 120.54(2)(d) which accounts
    8  for, but is not limited to, time lapses between testing, testing
    9  methods, testing instruments, and types of marijuana sampled for
   10  testing. The department may not issue any recalls for product
   11  potency as it relates to product labeling before issuing a rule
   12  relating to potency variation standards. A medical marijuana
   13  treatment center must also
