Subsection (9) of section 383.216, Florida 6 Statutes, is amended to read: 7 383.216 Community-based prenatal and infant health care.— 8 (9) Local prenatal and infant health care coalitions shall 9 incorporate as not-for-profit corporations for the purpose of 10 seeking and receiving grants from federal, state, and local 11 government and other contributors. However, a coalition need not 12 be designated as a tax-exempt organization under s. 501(c)(3) of 13 the Internal Revenue Code.
