       Senator Hooper moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (163574) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 15
    4  and insert:
    5  subsection. A county with a countywide planning authority
    6  created by special law may opt out of the provisions of this
    7  subsection if approved by a majority vote of the members of the
    8  countywide planning authority.
