       Senator Hooper moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 29
    4  and insert:
    5  before using the approval process in this subsection. A county
    6  with a countywide planning authority created by special law may
    7  opt out of the provisions of this subsection if approved by a
    8  majority vote of the members of the countywide planning
    9  authority.
