       Senator Pizzo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)

    3         Between lines 2682 and 2683
    4  insert:
    5         (8) ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS.—Notwithstanding
    6  any contractual provision to the contrary, any alternative
    7  dispute resolution process entered into pursuant to this section
    8  must be authorized by statute.
