       Senator Bracy moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1488 and 1489
    4  insert:
    5         Section 22. In order to convey to more consumers, including
    6  residential tenants, the insurance premium savings that
    7  landlords in this state will receive pursuant to this act,
    8  landlords that rent a dwelling unit subject to part II of
    9  chapter 83, Florida Statutes, must limit rent increases on every
   10  occupied and vacant dwelling unit to no more than 3 percent per
   11  12-month period beginning upon the effective date of this act.
