For insurers writing residential or commercial 6 property insurance as defined in s. 624.604, Florida Statutes, 7 the rates in effect on June 30, 2022, shall remain in effect 8 until June 30, 2023, except for any rate change that results in 9 a lower rate pursuant to Section 2 of this act to reflect the 10 cost savings realized by participating in the Reinsurance to 11 Assist Policyholders program. 12 13 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 14 And the title is amended as follows: 15 Delete line 158 16 and insert: 17 insurer insolvency proceedings; requiring rates for 18 certain insurers to remain in effect until a specified 19 date; providing an exception; providing for
