       Senator Polsky moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 58
    4  and insert:
    5  registered. Until July 1, 2028, one third of the proceeds
    6  deposited in the State Transportation Trust Fund must be used
    7  for the expansion of electric vehicle charging infrastructure
    8  throughout this state, including, but not limited to, installing
    9  charging stations, matching dollars for electric vehicle
   10  infrastructure grants and related initiatives, and expanding
   11  electric vehicle infrastructure that serves rural, underserved,
   12  and disadvantaged communities. Each quarter, the department
   13  shall transfer the
