       The Committee on Transportation (Hooper) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 64 - 68
    4  and insert:
    5  received pursuant to this subsection for transportation
    6  expenditures as defined in s. 336.025(7).
    7         (7) An electric or a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle that
    8  uses a battery storage system of up to 5 kilowatt hours is
    9  exempt from the additional annual license tax imposed under this
   10  section.
