    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to transportation facility
    3         designations; providing an honorary designation of a
    4         certain transportation facility in a specified county;
    5         directing the Department of Transportation to erect
    6         suitable markers; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Senior Inspector Rita Jane Hall Memorial Highway
   11  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
   12  markers.—
   13         (1) That portion of I-10 between mile markers 222 and 228
   14  in Jefferson County is designated as “Senior Inspector Rita Jane
   15  Hall Memorial Highway.”
   16         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   17  suitable markers designating Senior Inspector Rita Jane Hall
   18  Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).
   19         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2023.
