       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Martin) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 57 - 59
    4  and insert:
    5         4. A bona fide food service establishment that has a
    6  minimum of 2,000 2,500 square feet of service area, is equipped
    7  to serve meals to 120 150 persons at one time, has at least 120
    8  exclusively dedicated seats that are available for patrons to
    9  use during operating hours, holds itself out as a restaurant,
   10  and derives at least 51 percent of its
