       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Jones)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 35
    4  and insert:
    5  or modifying the parenting plan of the child. To rebut this
    6  presumption, the party in opposition to equal time-sharing must
    7  prove by competent and substantial evidence that equal time
    8  sharing is not in the best interests of the minor child who is
    9  common to the parties.
