       The Committee on Rules (Grall) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 82 - 89
    4  and insert:
    5  dependency court as a result of the entry of a shelter order, a
    6  dependency petition, or a petition for termination of parental
    7  rights pursuant to chapter 39, but parental rights have not yet
    8  been terminated, the adoption consent is valid, binding, and
    9  enforceable by the court. For the purposes of this subsection, a
   10  consent to adoption of a child with an adoption entity or
   11  qualified prospective adoptive parents is valid if executed
   12  during the pendency of the chapter 39 proceeding up to and
   13  including the 30th day after the filing of the petition for
   14  termination of parental rights pursuant to s. 39.802.

   16  And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete line 6
   18  and insert:
   19         adoption is not valid after a certain period during
   20         the pendency of a
