       Senator Polsky moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 119 - 129
    4  and insert:
    5         (7) A person 18 years of age or older who, for the purpose
    6  of arousing or gratifying a sexual desire of himself or herself
    7  or any other person, willfully enters a restroom or changing
    8  facility designated for the opposite sex and refuses to
    9  immediately depart when asked to do so by another person present
   10  in the restroom or changing facility commits a misdemeanor of
   11  the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s.
   12  775.083.
   13         (8) Each educational institution shall establish in its
   14  code of student conduct disciplinary procedures for any person
   15  under 18 years of age who, for the purpose of arousing or
   16  gratifying a sexual desire of himself or herself or any other
   17  person, willfully enters an educational institution
