    3         Delete lines 351 - 356
    4  and insert:
    5         a. January 1, 2024, for property valued at $600,000 or
    6  more.
    7         b. January 1, 2025, for property valued at $500,000 or
    8  more.
    9         c. January 1, 2026, for property valued at $400,000 or
   10  more.
