       Senator Brodeur moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 735 - 741
    4  and insert:
    5  employed by, or receive pharmacist services from this state.
    6         1. The term includes, but is not limited to, health
    7  maintenance organizations, health insurers, self-insured
    8  employer health plans, discount card programs, and government
    9  funded health plans, including the Statewide Medicaid Managed
   10  Care program established pursuant to part IV of chapter 409 and
   11  the state group insurance program pursuant to part I of chapter
   12  110.
   13         2. The term excludes such a plan or program under chapter
   14  440.
