       The Committee on Health Policy (Brodeur) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 190 - 196
    4  and insert:
    5  Statutes, and s. 24(a), Article I of the State Constitution in
    6  accordance with s. 624.319, Florida Statutes. Administrators who
    7  are pharmacy benefit managers are subject to additional records
    8  production, examination, and investigation provisions, and those
    9  applicable work papers and examinations and investigation
   10  reports are to be made confidential and exempt from s.
   11  119.07(1), Florida Statutes, and s. 24(a), Article I of the
   12  State Constitution in accordance with s. 624.319, Florida
