At the time 6 of the conscience-based objection or as soon as practicable 7 thereafter, a health care provider must also post notice in the 8 office lobby and on the website of his or her practice, and 9 provide written notice to patients before appointments, of all 10 specific health care services to which the health care provider 11 has a conscience-based objection.
