       Senator Rouson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 149 and 150
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. For the 2023-2024 fiscal year, the sum of
    6  $140,076 in nonrecurring funds is appropriated from the
    7  Operating Trust Fund to the Florida Department of Law
    8  Enforcement for the purpose of providing administrative and
    9  support services relating to the Task Force on the Monitoring of
   10  Children in Out-of-Home Care.

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 19
   15  and insert:
   16         repeal; providing an appropriation; providing an
   17         effective date.
