       Senator Martin moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 952 - 959
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 29. The amendments made by this act to s. 624.155,
    6  Florida Statutes, do not apply to causes of action arising out
    7  of insurance policies issued or renewed before the effective
    8  date of this act.
    9         Section 30. This act shall not be construed to impair any
   10  right under an insurance contract in effect on or before the
   11  effective date of this act. To the extent that this act affects
   12  a right under an insurance contract, this act applies to an
   13  insurance contract issued or renewed after the effective date of
   14  this act.
   15         Section 31. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this
   16  act, this act shall apply to causes of action which accrue after
   17  the
