       The Committee on Judiciary (Book) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (209768) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 647 and 648
    5  insert:
    6         (5) The owner or principal operator of a multifamily
    7  residential property is entitled to a 10 percent reduction on
    8  each individual multifamily residential property insurance
    9  premium if such property retains an armed and licensed security
   10  guard for a minimum of 40 hours a week.

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Between lines 950 and 951
   15  insert:
   16         providing that owners and principal operators of
   17         multifamily residential properties are entitled to a
   18         specified reduction on property insurance premiums
   19         under certain circumstances;
