On Page: 258             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Cape Coral Septic to Sewer 
Spec App: 1705A          Conversion/Utilities Extension Project (SF 2005) and 
                         reduces funding for the Cape Coral Northeast 
                         Reservoir Water Transmission Main & Pump Station (SF 
                         2004) by the same amount.
