amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 074             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Agency for Persons with Disabilities 
Spec App:  243A          for the Capstone Adaptive Learning and Therapy 
                         Centers - Security Infrastructure (SF 1405). Reduces 
                         funding by the same amount from the Department of 
                         Children and Family Services Fixed Capital Outlay 
                         for Centrally Managed Facilities.
