On Page: 006             Provides $1,000,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the RIVEROAK Technical College Healthcare 
Spec App:   18           Expansion (SF 2300) and reduces the same amount from 
                         the University of West Florida Science and 
                         Engineering Research Wing (SF 3194).
