amendment:

On Page: 000             Provides $500,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Health for the Jackson 
Spec App:                Health System Burn Clinic (SF 2737). Reduces funding 
                         by the same amount from the Department of Children 
                         and Family Services Fixed Capital Outlay for 
                         Centrally Managed Facilities.
