amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 078             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Health for the Health and 
Spec App:  285           Hope Clinic - Mental Health Wing (SF 1857). Reduces 
                         funding by the same amount from the Department of 
                         Children and Family Services Fixed Capital Outlay 
                         for Centrally Managed Facilities.
