On Page: 110             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to the Department of Health for the Lakeland 
Spec App:  474A          Regional Health Graduate Medical Education (SF 
                         1137). Reduces funding by the same amount from the 
                         Department of Children and Family Services Fixed 
                         Capital Outlay for Centrally Managed Facilities.
