Section: 03 EXPLANATION:
On Page: 101 Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue
funds to the Department of Elder Affairs for HHA
Spec App: 410A Elderly Affordable Housing - Hoffman Gardens Phase
II (SF 1424) and provides $250,000 in nonrecurring
general revenue funds to the Senior Friendship
Centers (SF 1168). Reduces funding by $500,000 in
nonrecurring general revenue funds from the
Department of Children and Families Fixed Capital
Outlay Needs for Centrally Managed Facilities. .
