       Senator Burton moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 188 - 191
    4  and insert:
    5  medical reasons in accordance with federal law.
    6         (d) A licensed facility as defined in s. 395.002 may not
    7  discriminate in providing health care to a patient based solely
    8  on that patient’s vaccination status with a COVID-19 vaccine
    9  This subsection does not otherwise restrict businesses from
   10  instituting screening protocols consistent with authoritative or
   11  controlling government-issued guidance to protect public health.
