       Senator Pizzo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 125 - 127
    4  and insert:
    5  have its dues and uniform assessments deducted and collected by
    6  the employer from the salary of the employee in the unit if the
    7  employee has provided written authorization to the employer and
    8  the terms and conditions for the deduction have been negotiated,
    9  approved, and ratified by the employer. A public employee may
   10  pay dues and uniform assessments

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 23 - 25
   15  and insert:
   16         F.S.; authorizing certain employee organizations to
   17         have dues and uniform assessments deducted and
   18         collected by employers of specified employees under
   19         certain circumstances;
