       The Committee on Education Postsecondary (Book) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment
    2  
    3         Delete line 194
    4  and insert:
    5  with cause. Cause does not include the faculty member’s
    6  political affiliation, expression of constitutionally protected
    7  speech, or engagement in constitutionally protected activities.
    8  The board may include other considerations in the
