       Senator Book moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Before line 46
    4  insert:
    5         Section 1. Present subsections (9), (10), and (11) of
    6  section 251.001, Florida Statutes, are redesignated as
    7  subsections (10), (11), and (12), respectively, and a new
    8  subsection (9) is added to that section, to read:
    9         251.001 Florida State Guard Act.—
   10         (9) REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CARE PROTECTIONS.—Notwithstanding
   11  chapter 390, the Florida State Guard shall adopt the health care
   12  policies issued by the United States Department of Defense with
   13  respect to access to reproductive health care services,
   14  including, but not limited to, authorized administrative
   15  absences for up to 21 days to obtain noncovered reproductive
   16  health care.

   21  insert:
   22         amending s. 251.001, F.S.; requiring the Florida State
   23         Guard to adopt certain health care policies issued by
